SQUIRREL EATING AN OREO

Another funny thing I saw today. My yard is completly overrun with squirrels right now and they were causing a huge rucus.
I looked out to see them all after this one.
He had an oreo cookie and wasn't about to share.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

I looked out my door this afternoon and knew that Halloween was just around the corner, just look at what was flying by. HEHEHEHE! It was good to see some of the family at the annual Spooky Party hosted by Max and Raven. It was really fun. It was great to see Frank and his bride, Kurt and Courtney, and the killer bees. Bo Peep showed up with her sheep. Even the old tv hero, Sky King was there. For those of you old enough to remember him. HAHA! I had to come home and google him. Great idea Dad.

I hope all you ghosts and ghouls have a GREAT Halloween. I know I will.

Karaoke and a Bonfire

So it was 29 degrees last night, and a couple of friends and I decided it would be fun to start a fire. It was as warm as it looks. A nice night to be out, sign a little karaoke, drink a few beers, then come home to cure the late night hunger with hot-dogs over an open fire(hackamuellers of course). Most of us were prepared for the slight chill in the air except my friend Eric, he's the one in the orange camo parka. It made us all laugh, a lot!

Finally some Sunshine

So finally after a week of pretty crappy weather, I am sure we all agree, it was a beautiful day here. I got a couple of things done around the yard, with the help of Chase and Chris. They were totally thrilled to climb my maple tree today. The two of them are awesome, only one big branch left to do. Then in pure Chase and Chris form, they left me to clean up the yard. Oh well, at least I didn't have to climb up there. Tonight is going to be spent burning up the wood in my backyard Swedish stove. I am having a couple friends over, who knows we may even roast a hot-dog or two.
