What did K1 do this weekend?

After spending the afternoon at AMT, working for Terry, I was all set for a night at home on the couch, doing laundry etc. But just as I was leaving Terry asked if I could find someone to go the the Wild Hockey game that evening. Are you kidding, of course I could.
I called up one of my favorite sister in-laws, K2, I knew Chase had gone fishin, so she would need something to do.
It only took about 10 min, and a call to Chase to decide. "I'll go!!!"
We headed on down to the Excel, ate at Cacetta's, and headed to our fantastic club level seats!

It was a good game, lots of shots on goal, score was tied 1-1 at the end of the 3rd period.
During OT the score remained unchanged.
A shootout followed, here was the final score!!!!!!

Saturday, Chase finally called at about 11:30, to say he was making Swedish pancakes!!!!!!
I ran down the street to get them.
Those pancakes gave me the strength I needed to go out Sat night and see Rock-it-Science.
I took my friends Sarah and Eric along, and ran into Bonnie and Greg! It was a fun time.
The rest of the weekend was very non-eventfull. I played alot of Sims 2, got some cheat codes, almost finished my laundry, and watched some tv.
Sunday night K2 made some great meatloaf, and now we are back to Monday!

Bar Bingo!

So some of my favorite family members and I met up last night for a little fun. We played Bar Bingo!!!! What a good time we had, even though none of us won.

Busy week

Wow, what a busy week, I worked of course, and on Thursday the fun began. Laura and I hosted a Party Light Candle party.
Thanks to everyone who came and had a fun time with us!

And thanks to Laura for offering her living room as ground zer0!
On Friday, during the day, I did a little work for Terry, and had an adventure with a hot water heater. Thank goodness for the guy who works at True Value Hardware.
Friday evening the Lemke's invited me along to the Excel Center for open skate for the kids. Good thing there were three adults along for the fun. Got some really fun pictures of the kids. Then we headed to the Savoy Inn for some Pizza.
Not better than Broadway!!!!!

Happy New Year!

With the last of the holidays approaching, Dec 30 was spent with the Luebeck side of my family. Bonnie and Greg opened their home to the army of family.
Lots of great food and fab gab was had by all.
It is great so see those we miss throughout the year.My New Years Eve was spent quietly at home. I had a friend over and we watched movies and napped on the couch. Missed 12:00 completely. I hope that it will inspire a new year that is quiet and relaxed.
I was very happy to get the snow, Chase was such a nice brother and snow blowed the alley for me, as I worked that afternoon.
I hope that the start of 2007 has been good to you all so far, and that it continues with the coming months.
